Remember that your samples are pre-diluted and ready for topical use! When you purchase your own essential oils, they will be full-strength, and you will need to dilute them if using them topically. But these ones are ready to go!
Lavender
Here are some suggestions for where to roll your lavender to help you sleep at night:
- Pulse points
- Bottoms of feet (especially the big toe)
- Back of neck
- Under your nose
- Your pillow
Your mini roller is intended only for topical use, but when you upgrade to full sized bottles, here are some other ways you can use lavender essential oil:

Balance
Use Balance the same way you would use Lavender, by rolling it on:
- Pulse points
- Bottoms of feet (especially the big toe)
- Back of neck
- Under your nose
- Your pillow
You may wish to alternate: lavender one night, and Balance the next. Or try lavender for a few days, followed by Balance for a few days, to see which you like best.
Both of these oils can also be used throughout the day to help reduce stress and anxious feelings, which can prepare you for a better night’s sleep.
Here are some ways you can use a full-sized bottle of Balance:

I’m excited for you to put the oils to work for you in this area!
and this is only the tip of the iceberg …
However, remember that we are all human, and what works for one person may not work for others.
The reason I’ve provided you with 2 different samples for the same health concern, is so you can experiment with both and see which one works best with your body.
Sometimes using 2 oils together is more effective than using one alone.
And there is a chance that neither one might work for this particular issue. (Plant medicine is often a bit of trial and error, to find what works best for each individual).
But the good news is, if you don’t find these oils particularly helpful for sleep, essential oils have a MULTITUDE of uses.
For instance, lavender is great for bug bites, burns, rashes, calming, and even allergies.
Balance is great for achieving feelings of peace and tranquility.
So go ahead and try these oils for other things. The most important part is that you’re experimenting and learning. That’s the most fun part of the journey!
