What is the dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program?
The doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a great way to optimize your doTERRA wholesale membership.
By simply placing one order per month, you can earn 10-30% back in dōTERRA dollars. When combined with your 25% wholesale membership, it’s like getting all your doTERRA products at half price!
The longer you participate, the higher your points percentage. It’s a great way to earn free essential oils!
LRP points are like earning frequent flyer miles on your favorite natural products.
How does the dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program work?
Once you have your own dōTERRA wholesale account, you will automatically receive 25% off all your purchases. There are no minimum orders. Order as little or as much as you’d like and always receive your 25% off discount.
There are 2 types of orders you can place through your doTERRA wholesale account.
Standard Order
This is a one-time order you can place at any time through your doTERRA account. You will get your 25% discount but you don’t receive any additional rewards.

This is a recurring monthly order where you receive your 25% discount, and also earn 10-30% back in reward points, which you can redeem for free products the following month. It’s the best way to get the deepest discount on your favourite essential oil products!

How to Join the dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program
When you login to your doTERRA account, you’ll see the option to create either a One-Time Standard Order, or a Loyalty Rewards Order.
Select the Loyalty Rewards order option.
If you are in Canada, it will give you the option to choose either the Canadian or US warehouse. You’ll most likely want to choose the Canadian warehouse (there are a few items that are not yet available in Canada that you can order through the US warehouse if you wish.
Select your shipping date. I recommend choosing a date before the 15th of the month, as then you will qualify for the Free Product of the Month!
You can then add the items you want to your LRP cart. You can choose to save your order and have it automatically ship on the date you selected, or you can process your order right away.
Your order will save for the following month, and you can go in and edit it at any time. Your Loyalty Rewards Order will automatically process and ship on your selected monthly date. If you choose to process your order immediately, it will bump your next order to your selected processing date for the next month.
How to go from 10-30% Back in Reward Points
When you first join the Loyalty Rewards Program, you start at 10% back in rewards. That means that in addition to your 25% wholesale discount, you’ll earn 10% back in free product points, which you can redeem the following month.
For every 3 months that you participate in the dōTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program, your percentage increases by 5%. After a year of being in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you earn 30% back in rewards, where you will stay until you choose to cancel your Loyalty Rewards Order.
Between your 25% wholesale discount and your 30% in free product credits, you are effectively getting all your essential oils & natural health products at more than 50% off.
- In order to earn points and increase your percentage, the PV value of your monthly LRP order must be 50 or more.
- In order to get free shipping, orders must be 100 PV or higher.
- To qualify to earn commissions from doTERRA, orders must be 100 PV or higher.
- To qualify for the Free Product of the Month, orders must be 125 PV or higher and placed by the 15th of the month.
How to Redeem Loyalty Rewards Points
Rewards Points are generally awarded shortly after the 15th of each month, based on your orders from the previous month. For example, the points you earned in January will show up in your account shortly after the 15th of February.
You can redeem your loyalty points at any time. When you’re in your shopping cart, you’ll see the number of points you have earned at the top of your cart. Next to the items in your cart, you’ll see a drop-down that says Use Points. If you have enough points to use on that particular item, you can select Use Points for that item. When you check out, you will receive that item for free!
How to Cancel your doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Order
You can cancel your doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Order at any time, by calling their member services line at 1-800-411-8151.
You will first want to ensure you have redeemed any points you have, as you will lose them after cancelling the Loyalty Rewards Program.
You should also know that if you choose to re-start the Loyalty Rewards program, you will start back at the 10% rewards level.
If you cancel your Loyalty Rewards Order, you will still keep your doTERRA wholesale account and your 25% discount.
