What is Breathe Respiratory Blend?

Breathe Respiratory Blend (or Easy Air Respiratory Blend if you’re in Canada), is a proprietary blend of essential oils designed to open up your airways and promote feelings of clear breathing. It helps support your respiratory system during times of seasonal and environmental threats.

How to Use Breathe Essential Oil Blend

Aromatic Use

• Diffuse Breathe blend at bedtime to help create a peaceful environment and restful sleep
• Add 1 drop to your hands, rub them together, and cup them over your nose and mouth and breathe deeply

Topical Use

• Dilute with fractionated coconut oil and rub on chest to help open airways
• Apply to bottoms of feet

Breathe Diffuser Recipes

Stuffy Nose

• 3 Drops Breathe
• 2 Drops Lime
• 2 Drops Peppermint

Sweet Sleep

• 2 Drops Serenity
• 3 Drops Breathe
• 2 Drops Wild Orange

Breathe Rollerbottle Recipes

Cool & Collected

• 5 Drops Serenity
• 5 Drops Breathe
• 3 Drops Ylang Ylang
• Top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Mucus Buster

• 8 Drops Breathe
• 5 Drops Marjoram
• 5 Drops Lime
• Top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil

DIY

Soothing Chest Rub

• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 1 cup beeswax pastiles
• 20 drops Breathe Essential Oil
• Melt coconut oil & beeswax until smooth (I use a mini crock pot)
• Add Breathe oil and pour into a small jar. Allow to cool completely before using.

Additional Precautions for Breathe Essential Oil

• keep out of reach of children
• dilute with a carrier oil to avoid possible skin sensitivity
• for aromatic and topical use only (do not ingest)
• avoid sensitive areas such as near eyes, and inside of nose and ears
• for small children, apply (diluted) to bottoms of feet and put socks on, to avoid them touching the essential oil and transferring it to their eyes
