Looking for a healthier alternative to flavoured coffee creamers? Or are you dairy-free and miss creamy coffee? This delicious dairy-free coffee creamer should hit the spot!
In a blender, add:
- 2 cans coconut milk (check the label and make sure the ingredients are clean!)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Blend, and store in a large Mason jar in the fridge. Enjoy!
Oooh, I’m gonna have to try this. I’ve used coconut milk by itself in my coffee and wasn’t a huge fan even though we love it and use it quite often in cooking. We are addicted to dairy creamer in our coffee and I would love to find an alternative. Thanks!
